Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the FluxWP plugins and themes, FluxWP Panel, the update service (updater.fluxwp.com) and fluxwp.com, provided by FluxWP (“FluxWP”, “we”). By accepting them in the FluxWP Panel setup wizard, or by using the service, you agree to these terms.

Licence

Unless stated otherwise, FluxWP plugins and themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). You may use, modify and distribute the software under that licence. The “FluxWP” name and logo are not covered by it; you may not use them as the name or brand of your own product without permission.

Update service

• Public packages are available to everyone without a key. Private packages are available only with the site key issued to you, limited to the packages assigned to that key.
• Your site key is personal to you; do not share it. We may disable a key that is misused.
• We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may pause it for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control.
• The data the service processes is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Beta releases

FluxWP is in beta. Beta releases may contain bugs; try them on a staging site before a live one and keep regular backups.

Your responsibilities

• You are the controller of the personal data you collect on your site (visitors, customers, donors, form entries). Your own privacy notices, consents and agreements are your responsibility.
• You must follow the terms of third-party services you connect through FluxWP plugins (email, WhatsApp, AI, payments) and the applicable law.
• You may not use the software for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to harm our service.

Warranty and liability

As stated in the GPL, the software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, lost profits or business interruption arising from the software or the service. If you bought a paid service, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months before the damage. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, or where consumer law does not allow them.

Paid services

Paid services such as hosting, custom development or support are provided under a separate quote or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; changes are published on this page with the date above. For significant changes FluxWP Panel will ask you to accept again. You can stop using the update service at any time by removing FluxWP Panel; you may keep using the installed software under the GPL.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you act as a consumer, your right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
