Self-hosted WordPress plugins

Self-hosted WordPress plugins: your data stays on your server

Analytics, a WhatsApp inbox, task tracking, social scheduling, forms. Tools you would usually rent as separate SaaS subscriptions run inside your WordPress site with FluxWP, in your own database.

  • GPL-2.0-or-later
  • No license key
  • Runs on your server
  • English & Turkish

What changes when it runs on your server

When the tool lives inside your site, the data, the cost and the access stay under your control.

  1. Your data stays with you

Visitor stats, form entries, WhatsApp messages and tasks sit in your site's database. Nothing is copied into another company's dashboard.

  2. Fewer GDPR questions

You don't have to send personal data to a service abroad. Flux Analytics uses no cookies and takes the country from the browser's time zone, not the IP.

  3. No per-seat pricing

Add 3 people to the team or 30, the plugin costs the same. Your cost is your hosting.

  4. One login, one admin

No separate account and password per tool. The team signs in with WordPress and gets access by role.

Self-hosted plugin vs SaaS tool

SaaS takes care of maintenance; in return your data and price follow its rules. Self-hosted, the rules are yours, and so is the upkeep.

Didn't find your answer? Write to us. hello@fluxwp.com

What is a self-hosted WordPress plugin?

A plugin that runs on your site's own server and keeps its data in your own database. It doesn't need a subscription to a remote service to work, and it doesn't send your data there.

Is shared hosting enough?

Yes. FluxWP plugins are built to run on shared hosting; no Redis or extra server needed. The one exception is WhatsApp: Flux Chat needs a WhatsApp connection such as Evolution API or the WhatsApp Cloud API.

Do the plugins ever connect to outside services?

Only to the ones you turn on: OpenRouter or Anthropic for AI features, your API server for WhatsApp, your own social accounts. Update checks go to the update server. Usage data is sent only if you opt in.

I don't want to manage a server. What can I do?

Leave the server and setup to us. On FluxWP hosting the plugins come installed and kept up to date; the data still lives only in your site.

How do I install them?

Download Flux Setup and install it in WordPress under Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin. The setup wizard installs the plugins, theme and starter pages you pick in a few clicks. Updates arrive on the normal WordPress Updates screen.

Start with one plugin. Grow into the whole toolkit.

Install open source FluxWP on your own server for free, or let us host and set it up for you.
